All About Therapy

Does it feel like you're shouting for help and nobody can hear (or nobody cares)? Family, work, relationships, can all feel so overwhelming. You want to be it all and do it all but you're losing yourself. It feels like nobody understands, even when you try to explain. We get told that relationships; family, platonic, and romantic, require "good communication", but nobody ever teaches you what that means. You're snapping at your partner, your kids aren't listening, and inside you're screaming. Therapy doesn't have to be because you're "mentally ill". Therapy can be a source of emotional support,  a neutral perspective to help calm the mind, and professional advice when we don't know which way to turn. Call me, I can unweave the knot and help you feel like you again.
